3rd, 4th, and 5th grades continued learning about healthy food today in Mrs. Wilhelm's class with a special guest, Candace Young.
Mrs. Young shared with students about various aspects of milling and the benefits of using fresh milled flour as opposed to the artificial additives often found in store bought foods.
All classes enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie that was both delicious and nutritional 😋

Hart ISD invites the Hart community to meet the new Superintendent.
Refreshments will be served.

Notice of Canvass

Edi Lujan, a 4th grader, follows steps to make his own nutrional snack, " Banana Pudding in a Bag".

Mrs. Wilhelm's 4th graders make "banana pudding in a bag" as they learn how to make healthy choices. Students learned about being health conscious in their unit, "Food for Thought".

Hart 4th graders, Liam Davila and Anabell Ramirez, review learning their "My Plate" with a fun game.

Students in 3rd grade got creative making "vegetable faces" following a unit in their textbooks, From Farm to Table. A special thank you to Felice Acker with Texas A&M Agrilife CEAFCH for always teaching our students more ways to stay healthy while having fun!
